Hi Khalid,
I've found a document of your great grandfather in the Dutch Archives (The Hague). It's from the registers of the army in the East Indies (KNIL) and of the troops in the West Indies, 1815-1951 (1954)
https://www.nationaalarchief.nl/onderzoeken/archief/2.10.50/invnr/416/file/NL-HaNA_2.10.50_416_0036
On the left side of this document you can read:
The names of his parents (read behind vader & moeder): Frederik Willem Beer and Augustine Johanna Hendrika Coenradina van Rosmalen
Your great grandfather was born 28th November 1906 in Pekalongan.
He had lived in Semarang, his was about 5,31 feet tall.
He and his wife Carolina Emma Magdalena Strassner were married 16th of January 1932 in Semarang. She was born in Madioen 15th of May 1915.
The children are also mentioned under "kinderen" with birthdates.
I just had a quick search for his parents:
Frederik Willem Beer and Augustina Johanna Hendrika Coenradina van Rosmalen were married in Pekalongan November 11th 1905.
He was born 23t February 1882 in Tjilatjap (nowadays called Cilacap). Unfortunately I don't have the names of his parents.
And she was born in Oleh-leh (near Atjeh, Sumatra Indonesia) and she died at the age of 87. ( died 10-31-1969 in Breda, Netherlands). She was the daughter of Johan Pieter van Rosmalen and Minah. According the document she was married twice. Her second marriage was with Carel van Karundeng.
