  Where do I find my account info that will tell me if I am set to automatic renewal?

Hello June,

On the "Mijn profiel" (my profile) page it is stated what type of subscription your have ("Type abonnement").

When you have Plus subscription it either says it will be automatically renewed ("deze wordt automatisch verlengd") or that you can renew it manually ("deze kan via de abonnementspagina verlengd worden"), so no autorenew.
