Kijk dit is de brief die ik kreeg:
Zij schrijft dat mijn oma uit Zutphen vertrok maar dat was mijn opa Jimmink was Nederlander.
Mijn oma is getrouwd op 3 oktober 1922 met Jimmink. Haar moeder is dus Elise. Dat heb ik nu voor het eerst gehoord.
Uit de verhalen weet ik dat de oma van mijn vader Robert Jimmink uit Frankrijk kwam. Uit Aix Les Bain.
Dear Mrs. Laurey-Jimmink,
thank you for your E-Mail. I attached the copy of the entry in the marriage register of Wiesbaden, when your grandparents got married in 1922. There is an additional entry on the first page, that Hermann Jimmink died in Erbach/Rheingau in 1955 (05th May).
Your grandmother Anna Maria Antonetta Margareta Jimmink, born Riegel, moved from Zutphen/Holland to Wiesbaden, Friedrichstraße 15, on 16th June 1922. According to the registration office at the city of Wiesbaden she stayed in Wiesbaden until her death on 10th Octobre 1989. On 15th January 1954 she moved to Friedrichstraße 5 in Wiesbaden. Her parents were Anton Riegel and Elise Ziegelmayer. Margareta Jimmink was born 28th August 1897 in Bad Kreuznach.
Unfortunately, the registration office’s documents we keep, don’t contain any information about your father. Please contact the Register Office (urkunden@wiesbaden.de) and ask for your grandmother’s documents with Reg. Nr. 2071/89. There you might find more information about your father.
With kind regards,
p.p.
